EVENT 10K (6.2 mile) Race on a certified course

REGISTRATION/FEES Pre-register on-line at  SignMeUpSports  through December 3rd for $25. Mail-in registrations are $25 if postmarked by November 25th.  Registrations at Packet Pickup or on Race Day are $35. ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RACE PACKET PICKUP and Late Registration Packet pickup is Friday, December 4th from 5 PM to 8 PM and Saturday, December 5th from 11AM to 4PM  at Potomac River Running, Reston Town Center, 11911 Democracy Dr., Reston, VA 20190.  On race day, December 6th, registration and packet pickup are available at the Reston Community Center from 7:45 - 8:30 A.M.

RACE PREMIUM All registered participants receive a long-sleeved Technical running shirt.

AWARDS AND PRIZES 10K Awards: overall M&F; 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for M&F Age Groups:  under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75+. All 10K registrants are eligible for random prizes.

COURSE This USAT&F-certified course will be along rolling roadways of South Reston, starting and finishing on Colts Neck Rd. in front of the Hunters Woods Village Center. 10K split times will be called at each mile mark. DIRECTIONS TO Reston Community Center From Dulles Toll Road (Rte. 267)  (westbound): take exit 12 (Reston Parkway), turn left onto VA-602 S / Reston Parkway, turn left onto South Lakes Drive, turn right onto Colts Neck Road, end at 2310 Colts Neck Road.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION , NO BABY JOGGERS, HEADSETS, IN-LINE SKATES, BICYCLES, OR PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE 10K COURSE.
