Read about Bruce's contributions to the club and learn some fun facts about the funny guy who can often be found hauling water and sports drink for Sunday runs.
Please list the Reston Runners programs and/or events that you volunteer for.
The Fall Into Winter race, Gungadins, Finish Line Services, and Women's Distance Festival.
What do you like best about doing volunteer work for the club?
This is a great club. Returning a tiny bit of volunteer effort for the benefits received over the years is the least I can do. Plus, I don't feel quite as bad standing next to those who really put a lot of work into making this club successful. But most of all, it's nice to be able to look Moshe in the eye when he is pleading for volunteers for water duty.
Please tell us an unusual fact about yourself or talent that you have that few people know about.
I have no jailhouse tattoos.
When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Rich and famous, but as I've gotten older (old?) I realize that this was shallow and somewhat foolish, and that being famous can really suck. Now I just want to be rich; you can keep the famous.
We Need You!
Want to pitch in and help out the club, too? Reston Runners offers a variety of programs and activities you can volunteer for:

Stats and Chats reporter
In addition, we can always use your help for the Fall Into Winter race, the annual summer picnic and pool party, the annual dinner meeting, W&OD trail cleanup days, crewing and other tasks for the JFK50 race, and the periodic blood drives the club sponsors.
